1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading or using ClearPulse, you agree to these Terms of Use.
If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the App.
2. Description of Services
ClearPulse provides utilities including but not limited to:
Speaker cleaning
Water ejection
Speaker testing
Audio frequency playback
Future utility features
Features may change without prior notice.
3. Appropriate Use
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes.
You agree not to:
3.1 Reverse engineer the App
3.2 Interfere with its operation
3.3 Misuse the services
3.4 Attempt unauthorized access
4. Speaker Cleaning Disclaimer
Speaker cleaning relies on audio frequencies and device vibration.
Results may vary depending on:
Device model
Speaker condition
Water or dust exposure
Hardware status
The App does not guarantee complete removal of dust or moisture and is not a substitute for professional repair.
5. Subscriptions, Cancellations, and Refunds
5.1 Subscription and Automatic Renewal
ClearPulse offers subscription plans that may be purchased through Apple In-App Purchase or Stripe, depending on the payment option presented to you. Subscription pricing, billing periods, renewal terms, and applicable offers will be displayed before purchase.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless canceled before the next renewal date. Payments will be processed by the payment provider associated with your purchase, and the applicable payment method will be charged according to the selected subscription plan.
5.2 How to Cancel Your Subscription
You may cancel your subscription at any time using the method applicable to your original payment channel.
(1) Apple In-App Purchase
If you subscribed through Apple, open your Apple Account subscription settings, select ClearPulse, and follow the instructions to cancel your subscription. Cancellation and renewal management are subject to Apple's applicable policies.
(2) Stripe
If you subscribed through Stripe, open the Settings tab in ClearPulse, select Subscription Management, and tap Cancel Subscription. You may also submit a cancellation request to network@gchichuang.com.
After cancellation, your subscription benefits will generally remain available until the end of the current paid billing period, and the subscription will not renew. The effective cancellation time may depend on your payment provider and the applicable subscription terms.
5.3 Refund Policy
Refund requests are handled in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws and the policies of the relevant payment provider.
Apple purchases: If your subscription was purchased through Apple In-App Purchase, you may submit a refund request to Apple through its official refund process. Approval is subject to Apple's policies and applicable law.
Stripe purchases: If your subscription was purchased through Stripe, please contact us at network@gchichuang.com with your transaction details and the reason for your request.
Refunds may be considered in circumstances such as duplicate charges, unauthorized transactions, or persistent technical issues that prevent access to core features for a substantial portion of the billing period.
Stripe-related refund requests are generally reviewed within five business days. The review period does not guarantee approval or completion of the refund within that timeframe. Apple refund requests are subject to Apple's applicable procedures.
5.4 Billing Disputes
If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact network@gchichuang.com with the relevant transaction details so we can investigate.
For Apple purchases, billing questions and payment disputes may need to be handled through Apple. For Stripe purchases, you may contact us or your payment provider to raise a billing concern or initiate a payment dispute, where applicable.
We aim to respond to billing inquiries sent to our support email within 48 hours.
5.5 Data Retention After Cancellation
Canceling a subscription does not automatically delete your account or user-generated content. Access to paid features generally continues until the end of the current paid billing period, subject to the applicable subscription terms.
After the subscription expires, you may continue using the free version of ClearPulse, if available. Your personal information and other data will be retained, processed, and deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable laws.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, software, trademarks, graphics, and designs remain the property of their respective owners and are protected by applicable laws.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClearPulse shall not be liable for:

7.2 Data loss
7.3 Loss of profits
7.4 Indirect or incidental damages
Users are responsible for using the App appropriately.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms periodically.
Continued use of the App indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by applicable laws and regulations.
